1. About Starping

StarPing is an independent specialist store for equipment and Starlink service orders. It does not claim affiliation with or official representation of Starlink or SpaceX. Supply, activation, and dispatch for each order are confirmed after the model, account, and destination are reviewed.

2. Payment and order placement

After your cart is ready, payment details appear on the checkout page. Enter the amount and details exactly as shown there.

After placing an order, check status on the tracking page; exact confirmation time is not guaranteed.

3. Rejection or further review

If payment or order details do not match what was shown, the order may need further review. We will contact you via the order email or support.

4. Shipping

After the order and dispatch feasibility are confirmed, equipment is prepared for handoff to the carrier. Delivery windows are estimates, and customs or shipping costs and restrictions may vary by destination; if dispatch is not possible, we will coordinate with the customer before sending anything.

5. Returns & refunds

If the item you receive doesn't match its description on the site, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact support by email with your order reference.

The refund (if approved) will be made using the same payment method as the order and to the address you provide.

6. Order information accuracy

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, shipping address, and contact details entered at checkout. Please review them before finalizing.

We may edit this page for clarity or to update procedures. The current version is always this page.
