What information we collect from you, and why.
1. What we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or contact support, we collect details such as name, email, optional phone, and shipping address. Order details (items, amount, payment method, and transaction ID) are also stored to process the order.
2. Why we keep it
We use this information only to: complete and ship your order, review and confirm payment, respond to support requests, and notify you about your order status.
3. Sharing
Your data is never sold. Shipping address is only used to arrange delivery with postal or courier services.
4. Retention
Account and order information is kept for as long as you need your account or order follow-up requires. To request deletion, contact us at the email below.
5. Security
Your account password is stored hashed (never in plain text). Note that automatic recovery of forgotten passwords is currently not available, so keep yours somewhere safe.
